Ladies, it's time to dream again - capture your most important goals so you can refocus your efforts. Visioning can help increase motivation, confidence and set your mind up for success! Join Jamie Southerland on Saturday, January 22nd for a Vision Board workshop from 10 am-noon. Foam boards and some supplies will be provided or if you prefer we will also help you create a digital version.
