Are you ready to participate in the Fully Loaded Organization's 21-Day Daniel Fast?
This 21-Day fast will begin on January 9, 2022.
The Daniel Fast is a great model of fast provided in the Bible in the book of Daniel. It is extremely effective for spiritual focus, discipline, and purification for the body and soul.
The menu for the Daniel Fast includes fruits and vegetables. Some starchy foods and dairy can be substituted.
We have well-rounded health couches, doctors, and ministers who are helping with this program.
It is our hope that as you participate in this fast your relationship with the Lord will grow as well as your vision, clarity of thought and focus will become sharpened. We are all excited to see what God will do in us and through us!
Over the 21-days, we will come together as one family to seek God and prepare ourselves for what He has in store for us this 2022.
Every day, during the fast, we will post a video encouraging us to seek God’s purpose for that day. In the daily video, we will bring the Thought of the Day we are to be Fasting from.
In other words, this fast is not just about abstaining from certain foods and activities. It is also a Fasting from Negative Thinking! Rejecting those negative thoughts and replacing them with Thoughts from God!
Remember, we are doing this together! If you fail, don’t feel discouraged or condemned…. Keep on going… His mercies are new every morning!

Important Steps before entering the 21 Day Daniel Fast:
The purpose and goal of fasting are to strengthen you spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Fasting will help you increase your ability to deny the flesh. The objective is to focus our attention on seeking God’s direction for our lives.
Set your intention.
What is the purpose of your fast? Is it for spiritual direction? Healing? Rededicating yourself to Him?
Ask the Holy Spirit to lead you as you determine your personal reason for fasting.
Prepare yourself spiritually and physically. If you take prescription medication or have a chronic health condition, please consult your physician first.
